Private, high-touch cooking class
What we’ll do
All cooking classes are private and held at a beautiful house in central Tokyo. Throughout the experience, you will pick up insights into Japanese cuisine and culture. If there is any Japanese dish that you would particularly like to learn, of course, it can be included in the day’s menu. Otherwise, you will learn about traditional Japanese ingredients, as well as the essential cooking techniques. Classes focus on making fresh homemade dishes, including sushi and other items that you can cook and recreate back home!
Duration: 3-6 hours.
